Had a chat wi Euan couple of day before game explained that most our guys play 7 aside on Sunday did try to get a few to go back, but just like myself after the football my Sundays belong to wife and kids. Ryan says ball was in hands lol nae complaints tho better team won but admit yourself reff was terrible on both accounts . Hard enough getting guys to come to games bud, the alpha put on rolls etc home and away games in the hope they go back, I'm thinking that's why they struggled to get a sponsor the last few year, trying my best to get them back to opponents pub and they return the curtesy by coming back to ours, but as it is just now I'm only happy they turn up for kick off. Only had 2 subs, ref sent our keeper off then Evz got a head knock and had nobody to replace him so had to play with 9 men, we were already getting beat but at 9 men no chance of a come back. 2 much hangovers. Hopefully get a full team for once this Sunday Never noticed u went down to 9 lol being honest we should have scored about 8! Some save fae ur centre mid near the end haha how'd the ref miss that?! No sponsor no football team. Boys have a responsibility to not only go back to your pub but also to go back to opponents pub. Even for a can of Irn-Bru. Every single one of our boys know they have to attend our boozer or opponents after matches. Some cracking spreads on at some of these boozers. Olive Tree, Society, Jokers, 147 Snooker Club, Crystal Bar. The list goes on. Poor show and commitment from any team whose players refuse to go back.
