Mate dont worry about it, i got 4 months 4 'stamping aggressively on an opponents head' the committee tripped the ref up with his version of events and still banned me, 3 games, suck it up n move on. Count to 10 next time.

If a player can stamp on a players head and get a 4 month ban, and another plays while suspended gets a year the whole system is goosed imo. I know there needs to be rules and doing things like that is wrong (playing whilst suspended) but putting boys outta football for it is wrong, add another 3 games or something, not dated bans.
