It was mentioned earlier that so called incident happened when ref back was turned, so if he hasn't seen anything can't see anything happening to the player named, unless the ref makes up his report!

balgonie pedro rules do state if game isnt played after 3 attempts then fixture gets reversed, but cmon ti f u c k, there wasn't one park playable on sat so how can they count, balgonie a tawttie field anyway so match will probs get reversed back to Kirkcaldy in 3 weeks time
